• Grace Period: Reserved tables are held for up to 15 minutes past your booking time. If your party is running late, please call us at (04) 280 1249 so we can hold your table.
• Large Group Bookings: For parties of 8 or more, we appreciate at least 24 hours prior notice to prepare appropriate seating and staffing.
• Cancellations: If your plans change, please cancel or notify us via telephone or online link as early as possible so other guests can be accommodated.
• Special Requests: We do our best to satisfy indoor booth or table location preferences; however, specific table placement is subject to real-time dining flow.

• New Zealand Dollars (NZD): All prices across our menus, event listings, and website are quoted in NZD.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST): All stated prices are inclusive of 15% New Zealand GST.
• Accepted Payments: We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and cash in restaurant.
• Price Integrity: Menu prices are subject to seasonal availability of fresh New Zealand produce. Any price updates will be reflected accurately on our digital menu.

We take pride in accommodating various dietary preferences including Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and Dairy-Free options. However, please be aware that our kitchen prepares dishes containing seafood, gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs.

If you or any guest in your party has severe allergies (such as anaphylaxis or coeliac disease), please inform our waitstaff upon arrival so our chefs can take special precautions.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In brief:
